    bread machine instructions:
    for a 1 1/2 lb size loaf, measure 1 1/2 cups of water, 4 cups of mix and 2 tsp. dry active or instant yeast. select a basic white bread cycle in the bread maker. for best results, use french bread cycle.

    note: every bread machine behaves differently. some adjustments may be necessary depending on the dough consistency desired. if dough is too runny or sticky add 1-2 tbsp. of mix. if the dough is too firm or stiff, add 1-2 tbsp. of water.
