    2 1/2 - 3 cups (454 g) tea biscuit mix
    1 cup (227 ml) water
    place tea biscuit mix and water into a bowl. using electric mixer at low speed, mix 1 minute. place dough on dusted board and roll out to 1/2" thickness. hand cut to desired thickness.
    bake at 400° f for 15 - 17 minutes. bake time will depend on thickness.
    yields: 2 dozen, 2" diameter biscuits

    enriched wheat flour, vegetable oil shortening, vegetable oil, sugar, whey powder (milk), salt, soya flour, dried albumen (egg), sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium bicarbonate.
